Product introduction
Calcium aluminate refining slag is more and more favored by iron and steel industry because of its characteristics of uniform composition, low melting point, fast melting rate and short smelting time. The product is mainly used in iron and steel metallurgical furnace and furnace refining.
The electromelting calcium aluminate refining slag produced by our company is made of high quality lime powder and bauxite as the main raw materials, and is melted in the electric furnace according to a certain ratio, to produce products dominated by CaO and Al2O3. The calcium composition can react with oxygen and sulfur in steel to produce products with low melting point and easy to float, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying liquid steel. The product has the characteristics of less impurities, stable and uniform composition, etc., and has achieved good use effect in Anshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD., Shi Steel Co., LTD., Xing Steel Co., LTD., Handan Iron and Steel Co., LTD. The results show that the desulfurization rate can reach more than 80% under the condition that the original sulfur is 0.027%, the effect of point sulfur is 0.005%, and the desired goal is achieved.
Product features
1) Uniform composition, low melting point, fast melting speed, can shorten the smelting time;
2) The slag viscosity and flow are appropriate to promote the deoxidation and desulfurization reaction between slag and molten steel;
3) Fast desulfurization, some steel even required to reach very low sulfur (less than 0.0010%). The desulfurization effect is more than 60%, and the phosphorus recovery can be effectively inhibited.
