Product introduction
The Al2O3 content of standard coke gem ore is 38%, and the Al2O3 content after calcination is about 44%, Fe2O3& Lt; 2%. Stable composition, uniform texture, compact structure, conch section, white, used for the production of high-quality clay refractory. The technical term is the first grade hard clay clinker, the main chemical composition is AL2O3 and SiO2, accompanied by a small amount of Fe2O3 and trace Na2O, K2O, the main mineral is kaolin.

Coking gems are a mixture of various aluminosilicates. The main chemical composition is Al2O3 and SiO2 oxides, impurities are mainly alkali, alkaline earth and iron, titanium oxides, as well as some organic matter. All kinds of oxides can help melting and reduce the refractoriness of raw materials. Therefore, the lower the impurity content, especially Na2O+K2O content, the higher the refractoriness. The closer the al2o3/3sio2 ratio is to the theoretical value (A/S=0.85), the higher the purity is. The larger the A/S, the higher the refractoriness of the burnt gem, the wider the sintering melting range. High quality coking stone refractoriness can reach more than 1750℃.
Coke gem calcined by high temperature has the characteristics of stable volume, high strength and low water absorption. The index that measures coke gem sinter degree has true specific gravity, volume density commonly, porosity, bibulous rate, burn shrink rate to wait. The water absorption rate of coke gem with good sintering degree is less than 5%, and the volume density is greater than 2.55g/cm3.
