EM Series constant tension cable reels are the earliest cable coiling device developed by the company. Structural and Mechanical Features
The EM cable reel is a cable coiling and uncoiling device for mobile equipment,and composed of a unique semi-hydraulic coupling driving device, an armature box and a reel. It has the following main features:
1 Large scope of coiling moment adjustment and constant tension after a stable adjustment
2 Good synchronization. Its good slipping preventing mechanism makes the coiling speed in synchronization with the speed of mobile equipment.
3 strong self-locking capability. When the reel stops,the cable will not slip.
The product is suitable for mobile electric equipment with the rated working voltage smaller than or equaling 10kV.
