It is usually made of seamless steel pipe, or it is made of aluminum alloy 6061t5304l / 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, steel castings and solid forged alloy steel core according to different process needs.
The production of roller mainly consists of roller body initial turning, initial static balance calibration, shaft head interference assembly and welding, fine turning and fine dynamic balance calibration. If the form and position tolerances such as roundness, cylindricity and straightness are required to be less than 0.2mm, they need to be ground by cylindrical grinder or roll grinder after finishing. If surface hardness is required, heat treatment process shall be added.
